What exactly are the rules to the profiles. Is there a certain way you want us to set them up, or are there certain rules to apply, etc.

Your profile is just basic info about you. Appearance, personality, family history, etc.

Ah okay. I didn't know if you had any rules like "RP them as they enter the city" or what not. Like Some do. I'll post when i think of a character~!
